How do I know if my jewelry is gold, platinum or silver?
Real metal will have stamp or marking. Look for the following:
For 10 karat gold - 10k, 10kt, 416
For 14 karat gold - 14k, 14kt, 585

For silver - STERLING, 925, SILVER

How long until I get paid?

Is this safe?
Your jewelry is safe because, your package is shipped via the United States Postal Service and it can be tracked door-to-door. The package is insured up to $50,000.00 in the event of loss or damage.
